What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I return an order?

1. Email info@blanksupply.co with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a return shipping label within 1 business day
3. Ship the item(s) back in the original packaging
4. Refund is processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes. Email us and we will arrange a free exchange. We cover return shipping on all exchanges.

Can I return custom or printed orders?

Custom printed or embroidered orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your design and sizing before placing a custom order.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you.
